You are not locked into this plan! You can cancel at any time; However, any discounts you have received needs to be paid in full.

You have 12 months to use all the benefits on the plan.

You cannot transfer to another pet under any circumstances, nor do we offer refunds of items that do not get used.

EXCLUSIONS

Excludes consultations greater than 20 minutes such as behavioral. Excludes consultations with a Specialist Vet or Consultant, such as Oncology, Cardiology, or other.

Excludes any medication, procedures, diagnostic tests performed in consult

Excludes vaccinations outside of annual courses recommended by your vet, such as export vaccinations for overseas travel requirements.

Combine this with your annual vaccinations and heartworm injection and your all set!

One quick vet visit a year and your dog is ready to explore the world safely, and you don’t have the burden of remembering those pesky tablets every month

Proheart SR12 Injection:

Proheart SR12 is an injectable heartworm prevention treatment for dogs that provides 12 months of continuous protection against heartworm disease.

Yearly Vaccinations:

Your yearly vaccination (C5 vaccination) protects your dog from canine parvovirus, canine distemper, Canine Hepatitis, Canine Parainfluenza & Bordetella bronchiectasis

Cazitel:

Cazitel is a broad-sprectrum deworming tablet used to treat and control roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms and whipworms in dogs.

Cazitel is dosed base off weight, you will recieve a years worth of cazitel when joining this plan.

Bloods & urinalysis testing

As part of our Senior Dog Plan, we include a blood test and a urinalysis to screen for early signs of age-related conditions like kidney disease, diabetes, and liver issues—helping us catch problems early and keep your dog feeling their best.
